0281002494 Common Rail Pressure Control Valve for Mercedes-Benz and Smart
This fuel pressure control valve is an electrically operated component used in diesel common rail injection systems. Installed on a compatible fuel rail, it responds to commands from the engine management system to regulate rail pressure in line with operating demand. It forms part of the pressure-control circuit that coordinates the supply of pressurised fuel to the injectors.
Supplied as a new aftermarket replacement, the valve is intended for repairs where the original reference, electrical connection and fuel rail configuration match the application. Compatibility can vary with engine output, production date and emissions equipment. The application table retains the documented engine variants and relevant production limits, including DPF restrictions where specified. A one-year warranty is provided.
