9664613980 Common Rail Fuel Pressure Relief Valve for Fiat Citroen Peugeot and Ford

This mechanical pressure relief valve is fitted to the fuel rail in compatible common rail diesel injection systems. Its function is to release excessive rail pressure through the relief circuit when the limiter setting is reached. The valve works as part of the fuel system protection arrangement and is separate from the electrical pressure sensor and injection pump metering valve.

Supplied as a new aftermarket replacement, the valve is intended for the documented van, minibus, chassis-cab and utility-vehicle applications with the matching original fuel rail configuration. The application table retains the available engine and body variants, while the cross-reference table identifies the related original and aftermarket article numbers. Threaded fitment, sealing arrangement and original reference must match the installed component. Product photographs show the supplied replacement valve. A one-year warranty is provided.

095420-0150 Common Rail Fuel Pressure Relief Valve for Komatsu HD785 D475 and PC2000

This mechanical fuel pressure limiter is fitted to the fuel rail pressure relief circuit in compatible common rail diesel systems. It provides the relief path when rail pressure reaches the limiter setting and operates separately from the electrical fuel pressure sensor and injection pump control valve. The threaded connection, sealing arrangement and original limiter reference must match the installed fuel rail.

Supplied as a new aftermarket replacement, the valve is intended for the documented heavy-equipment and diesel engine configurations. The application table retains the available machine versions, engine variants and serial-number limits. Machine serial ranges and engine serial ranges are identified separately because they describe different configurations and cannot be used interchangeably. Product photographs show the supplied single valve. A one-year warranty is provided.

1110010028 Common Rail Pressure Limiting Valve for Selected Cummins, Volkswagen and New Holland Applications

This common-rail pressure limiting valve is a protective component in the high-pressure fuel circuit. When fuel pressure exceeds its calibrated opening threshold, the valve releases excess fuel through the return path to limit pressure within the injection system.
Catalogued for selected diesel applications including Volkswagen Delivery vehicles with Cummins engines and New Holland T4 equipment. Fitment depends on the rail, engine code and production version. Compare the installed valve marking and engine details with the references below before ordering.

095420-0272 Common Rail Pressure Limiting Valve

This pressure limiting valve forms part of the pressure-protection circuit in a diesel common rail fuel system. It provides a controlled release path when the system pressure reaches the opening condition specified for the matching rail and valve combination.

The component is offered for replacement during fuel-rail servicing. Select the valve by the original part reference and confirm the rail identification, threaded connection and valve configuration before installation. A one-year warranty is provided.
